Casa Cuadrau stands as an idyllic retreat abode, offering an immersive experience in the principles and techniques essential for embracing the profound Art of Living. Nestled amidst breathtaking natural surroundings, it serves as a sanctuary for reconnecting with Mother Nature and nurturing the practice of Yoga.
Their dedication lies in embodying and disseminating the principles of Yoga, both within their own lives and through their work. Their primary aim is to lead a purposeful existence and serve as a beacon of inspiration for their guests, fostering a sense of fulfillment and spiritual growth.
A program for people who have availability of time. They are either unemployed, on holidays or going through a transition period in their lives, without the economic means to attend a long stay retreat. Above all, it is addressed to people with the desire to collaborate, learn and deepen their practice in an environment of close community and yoga.
During the stay, the karma yogi will do about 6-7 hours of daily meditative work (karma yoga) and will be able to participate in some retreat activities. The invitation is to apply and practice the principles of yoga studied during the retreat (yamas, niyamas, etc…) while doing the house tasks. The nature of these chores will depend on the time of the year the program runs.
We mainly need support in our kitchen and housekeeping departments but depending on the skills and the season each participant comes, they might also be trained in to help in tasks such as gardening, DIY, management, translations, office, etc.
