At Earth Lodge in Antigua, Guatemala, volunteers have the opportunity to live and work in a beautiful tropical mountain paradise. This unique experience offers a range of roles focused primarily on hospitality and community engagement. Volunteers will enjoy a family-like atmosphere as they interact with guests while performing various duties. The minimum commitment for volunteers is six weeks, allowing for an immersive experience that fosters personal growth and cultural immersion.

Volunteer Opportunities Duties:
– Greet and assist hotel guests at the restaurant, spa, and hotel.
– Conduct hotel check-ins and check-outs.
– Organize spa services and activities.
– Make drinks and take food and beverage orders at the cafe and bar.

– Answer phone inquiries and assist guests in both Spanish and English.
